Complete this survey for a chance to attend WAB2G "I Am The Root Of Change" Retreat from July 27th through July 30th. Attendees are required to stay for all days. Attendees will be responsible for a nominal $75* fee that will cover your 3-day retreat. Fees are non-refundable.

2. WAB2G will contact you and provide the registration link

3. Select link to fill out the registration form and pay fee

Are you a survivor of community violence or homicide and/or incarceration?
Have you started on your healing journey?
Are you enrolled in any WAB2G program?
Have you ever attended a WAB2G retreat?
In line with WAB2G's mission, working with families impacted by incarceration and community harm, are you comfortable being in space with mothers of children that have caused community harm?
In line with WAB2G's mission, working with families impacted by incarceration and community harm, are you comfortable being in space with mothers of children that have been affected by community harm?
Outside of WAB2G have you received clinical support for trauma related impacts
Are you currently receiving any additional services (grief support, therapy and others)
If yes, please pick one of the options
Have you graduated or participated in a CERP program in 2022 or 2023 (including pilot and co-pilot)?
Are you interested in learing more about trauma informed clinical services?
